A vivid sunset casts a warm glow on the horizon over a tranquil lake, with the sky shifting from orange to a deep blue. Silhouettes of branches frame the upper corner, adding a peaceful touch to the serene waterscape. The Savannah River and the lake are part of the South Carolina and Georgia border. I am at the Thurmond Lake Visitor Center in South Carolina while the sun sets on the Georgia side of the lake. This is what we call the best of Georgia Carolina!
