Description
Though I had never heard of the term peafowl, it correctly describes this beautiful bird. Male peafowls are know as peacocks and females are known as peahens but most just call both peacocks. I took this photo at one of the stops listed on the South Carolina Ag and Art Tour, Fire Barrel Farms in Swansea, South Carolina.
